Context
Collectgram is a SaaS for collectors (cards, coins, the like). After the trainee year I moved to the JR slot and started taking ownership of multi-week features end-to-end.
What I owned
- Built the referral feature with tracking and reward logic.
- Designed the subscription CTA section that became the default upsell.
- Fixed bugs across the admin dashboard and improved its overall responsiveness.
- Maintained Vue.js + Vuex codebase and SCSS design system.
Highlights
- The referral feature drove a measurable lift in monthly signups during its first quarter live.
Outcome
Closed out the year ready for a senior-track move into a larger team.
