Context
VendorHub aggregates product catalogs from Mercado Livre, Magalu, Shopee and B2W into one back office. The frontend had grown organically and needed a tighter visual system.
What I owned
- Standardized core UI patterns across the product registration flow.
- Refactored the variations form so non-technical sellers could keep their listings consistent.
- Co-implemented backend feature enhancements alongside the platform team.
- Set up commit linting and a code-review process.
Highlights
- Released a Chrome extension that analyzes Mercado Livre ad performance directly inside the marketplace UI — used by sellers to tune their listings without leaving the site.
Outcome
The Chrome extension stayed alive after my departure and the variations refactor halved the volume of seller support tickets in that area.
