What I did
Architecture, backend, MCP integration with the MLS marketplace, lead/property/agent admin dashboard, web chat SDK and an LLM-driven ETL that imports new developments from PDFs, Word and Excel files.

A Miami-based real-estate agency wanted a way to capture and qualify leads at the speed of WhatsApp. We built an assistant that talks to prospects in natural language, syncs the catalog of properties from the local MLS feed and an internal admin, and walks visitors through neighborhood, price range and bedroom count without ever feeling like a form.
